We are so excited to welcome you to the Virtual Advancing Environmental Education Conference as we celebrate 21 years! We invite you to take advantage of the many opportunities to explore research, elevate practices and spark collaborations at the conference!

We challenge you to set a goal for yourself…
• Make one new connection • Find two new resources
• Develop a new program idea • Discover how to get involved with CAEE

*Please note - Sessions, presenters and scheduled times may be subject to change. Remember, 9/21 is virtual sessions only and 9/24-25 is in-person at Snow Mountain Ranch.

COVID 19 UpdateCAEE is closely monitoring the recent uptick in cases of the Delta variant in Colorado. The health and safety of the eeCommunity is our top priority and we want to ensure that we have a safe and enjoyable conference.
It is the planning committee’s intent to create an event that goes above and beyond to keep you safe and greatly reduce any possibility of participants contracting a virus at the conference. While we cannot guarantee your safety, here is what we are doing to increase it.
  • As environmental educators, we value science and strongly encourage participants to get vaccinated when possible.
  • Given the current guidance from the CDC, we will be asking that vaccinated participants wear masks in indoor areas and recommend that masks be worn outdoors when social distancing is challenging.  Snow Mountain Ranch requires that any guest who is unvaccinated wear a mask both indoors and outdoors.
  • Any registrant who is exhibiting signs, tested positive, or is in quarantine from coronavirus or any other communicable disease should cancel their registration at the last minute or leave early during the conference if you are feeling ill for a full refund.
  • Seating and table spacing is increased throughout the conference with attention to spacing and flow throughout. We are capping registration to allow for plenty of space for participants.
  • We ask all participants to use alternative greetings during the conference and avoid handshakes and hugs!
  • We are encouraging presenters and sessions to move outdoors as much as possible and take advantage of our beautiful location at Snow Mountain Ranch!  Bring plenty of layers and be prepared to be outdoors!
Visit Snow Mountain Ranch’s website to learn more about the safety and cleaning procedures that they have adopted on site.  We will continue to post updates to this page and send emails as the event gets closer!  Please contact Brianna Shriner, CAEE Program and Event Coordinator at info@caee.org with any additional questions.

Only invited or registered participants can log in.
